Someone close to me had NO claims in 15 years. Put in a claim for a roof and they cancelled the home and auto insurance immediately. They are scammers and will take your money. They only care about the money she is making off all transactions so she can take her paid for vacations. Now they have to deal with a leaking roof into their foyer at 60 years old without insurance.

Go to another insurance company with decent human beings."
