Mary is our longest-tenured multiple-line representative, having service State Farm Policyholders since 2008. She enjoys helping with home, auto and business insurance. She also has a passion for helping policyholders protect their families with life insurance and paycheck protection plans.
Mary is a mom of 2 and "Mimi" to 4 adorable grandchildren. She also has a drive for fitness and exercise!

Mikayla joined our team in the summer of 2022 after obtaining her Property and Casualty license. Her role first started as our office manager, where she became our resident service leader for claims, billing and policy questions. She most recently transitioned to a role of multiple line representative where she serves policyholders through new business appointments, coverage reviews and liability protection updates.
Mikayla is an active member of North Terrace Church of Christ, where her husband is the Connections Minister. She also loves snuggling her cats whenever she can!

Jolene is originally from the Pocono Mountains in PA, but has lived all over the as part of her military career before joining Sarah Wickerham State Farm in 2023. She served seven years in the US Coast Guard as a Health Services Technician. Her duty stations included Oak Island, NC, Oahu Hi, Elizabeth City NC, as well as a few more with her spouse who also served. She has an associates degree in Architectural Design & Technology and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Studies. Upon joining our team, she earned both her Ohio Property/Casualty and Life/Health licenses, now serving as a multiple line representative.
Jolene is the mother of 4 beautiful girls and a true animal lover. She enjoys camping with her family, reading, hiking and outdoor adventures as well as cooking and baking with her girls.

Reagan Dygert

Reagan is our Office Manager as of September 2023 and has enjoyed learning from the team as a newly licensed property and casualty representative. She takes the lead on assisting customers to recover from the unexpected during a claim. She is also the first face to greet you on most day of the week.
She has lived in Zanesville since 2010 and is a graduate of Maysville High School. She has served the community as a preschool and elementary educator until making her career change to join our team.
In her personal life, she is a wife and mom to a sweet two-year-old boy and one of her personal passions is community theater -- she frequently performs and volunteers with Zanesville Community Theater as well as The Renner.

Bailey Kelley

Bailey joined our team in the summer of 2023 after completing her associates degree and earning her state of Ohio Property and Casualty license. She is a member of our customer service team and dedicated to providing the remarkable service that our policyholders deserve.
Bailey comes from a State Farm family, with both of her parents having served with the organization for many years. She loves animals and philosophy as well as solving brain teasers. Bailey also enjoys reading, watching movies and baking in her free time.
